Event Safety Service of Megen has been handling medical care and fire safety at events since 2020. What started as a small team of first responders has grown into more than a hundred medics and fire watch officers.
We think along from the very first planning stage: how many medics your event needs, where the first aid post works best and what the municipality and the fire service expect from you. During the event our people are clearly visible and ready to act, and afterwards you receive a clear report of every incident.

How we work
Request and intake
You give us the date, the location, the type of event and the expected number of visitors. You hear from us within 24 hours.
Risk assessment and care plan
We determine the required deployment to the field standard and supply a care plan you can submit with your permit application.
On site
Our medics and fire watch officers are visible, equipped and ready to act the moment the gates open.
Reporting and aftercare
Afterwards you receive an overview of every incident, treatment and escalation. Transparent and complete.
