How we handle your data

At Event Safety Service we handle your personal data with care. This page explains briefly and clearly which data we process, why we do so and which rights you have. If you still have questions afterwards, please get in touch.

1. Which data we collect

We only process the data you provide yourself, for example in a quote request, through the contact form, by email or by phone. Usually that means your name, telephone number, email address, address details and information about your event.

2. What we use your data for

We use your data solely to answer your question, prepare a quote or invoice, carry out the agreed work, maintain our administration and comply with legal obligations.

3. How long we keep data

We keep your data no longer than necessary for the purposes stated above, or for as long as the law requires.

We never simply pass your data to third parties. That only happens with your consent, when the law requires it, or when it is necessary to carry out the assignment, for example when engaging a subcontractor.

You have the right to access, correct or delete your data. You can submit a request by email or in writing. We respond within 30 days.
