Why medical support with Event Safety Service?
A good safety plan starts with the question of which care you must be able to deliver, and when. We translate your event into a concrete deployment: how many medics, at what level, in which place and with which escalation route into regular healthcare.
- Medics in categories 1, 2 and 3
- Specialist emergency care available
- Acute care for children and adults
- A care plan for your permit application
- Coordination with the control room and ambulance service
- A clear report afterwards
Medical care tailored, from basic to emergency
Every event has its own health risks. A family day asks for something different than a dance event or a sports match. Our team consists of qualified first aid providers, event medics in categories 1, 2 and 3 and specialists in acute care. That way the right level of care is always on your site, no more and no less.
- Deployment to the Dutch field standard
- Medics at the right level
- Equipment and post fully arranged
- A report of every treatment

We think along from the permit application onwards
The municipality wants to know how you have arranged the care before it grants a permit. We supply a care plan covering the deployment, the posts, accessibility and the escalation route, so you can submit it directly. During the event our medics are clearly visible and stay in contact with the organisation and the security team.

How we work
Request and intake
You give us the date, the location, the type of event and the expected number of visitors. You hear from us within 24 hours.
Risk assessment and care plan
We determine the required deployment to the field standard and supply a care plan for your permit application.
On site
Our people are visible, equipped and ready to act the moment the gates open.
Reporting and aftercare
Afterwards you receive an overview of every incident, treatment and escalation.
