- Medics with AZADI certification
- Early recognition of warning signs
- Calm, discreet care for the visitor
- A clear escalation route to the ambulance
- Experience at dance events and festivals
- Registration and reporting of every incident
What AZADI care involves
AZADI stands for acute care during alcohol and drug incidents. It is a separate certification scheme developed specifically for event medical care. Our AZADI medics learn to assess visitors under the influence, care for and monitor them safely, and refer them on in good time when the situation calls for it.
- Recognising substance use
- Safe care and monitoring
- Cooperation with the security team
- Correct handover to the ambulance

Essential at dance events and festivals
At dance events, festivals and large parties, AZADI care belongs in the staffing as standard. We deploy AZADI medics within the regular care team, so an incident does not have to be escalated separately but is handled correctly straight away, without unrest on the site.

How we work
Request and intake
You give us the date, the location, the type of event and the expected number of visitors. You hear from us within 24 hours.
Risk assessment and care plan
We determine the required deployment to the field standard and supply a care plan for your permit application.
On site
Our people are visible, equipped and ready to act the moment the gates open.
Reporting and aftercare
Afterwards you receive an overview of every incident, treatment and escalation.
